These Terms govern your use of Sphax LLC apps and services (including Fuse AI). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Using the service

• You are responsible for the content you upload and the prompts you provide.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• We may block or decline requests that violate safety rules or provider policies.

Purchases and credits

• Credits may be required to run certain features.
• Subscription benefits and weekly credit refills (if any) are described in-app and may change over time.
• Purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.

Availability

The service may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, outages, or provider issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Intellectual property

The app and service are owned by Sphax LLC. You retain rights to your own input content. Output usage may be subject to provider/model terms.
